Import 22/07/2015Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnání nákladů a výnosů, poté následné zhodnocení výsledků hospodaření Charity Prostějov v letech 2009 – 2013. Na tradiční první úvodní kapitolu navazuje druhá, pouze teoretická kapitola vymezující národní hospodářství a neziskový sektor v něm. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola jsou praktickou částí. V třetí kapitole je provedena analýza jednotlivých činností Charity Prostějov. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá zhodnocením hospodařením v jednotlivých letech. V této části je naplněn stanovený cíl práce. Součástí bakalářské práce je dotazníkové šetření, které si klade za cíl zjistit, jaký postoj mají občané Prostějova a okolí k charitativním a humanitárním organizacím, popřípadě jak dané organizace podporují.The objective of this bachelor thesis is comparing cost and yield, afterwards evaluation of the economic out-turn of Charity Prostějov in 2009 - 2013. After the traditional first introductory chapter is followed by the second, only the theoretical chapter delimiting the national economy and the nonprofit sector in it. The third and fourth chapters are the practical part. In the third chapter is performed an analysis of particular activities of Charity Prostějov. The fourth chapter is evaluating economic out-turn for particular years. In this part I fulfill the objective of the bachelor thesis. Part of the bachelor thesis is the questionnaire, which aims to find out the attitudes of the citizens from and around Prostejov, towards the activites of charitable and humanitarian organizations, and how they support these organizations.153 - Katedra veřejné ekonomikyvelmi dobř

Analysis and Evaluation of the Rural Land Valuation Methods

Oceňování je činnost, která určitému předmětu přiřadí peněžní hodnotu. S oceněním nemovitostí se může setkat kdokoliv, kdo bude chtít prodat, koupit nebo darovat nemovitou věc. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry ovlivňují dotace tržní hodnotu zemědělské půdy. Druhým cílem je zjistit nejvhodnější metodu pro ocenění zemědělských pozemků. Pro dosažení cílů je použita metoda analýzy a komparace. Analýza je provedena pomocí oceňovacích metod. Metody jsou aplikované na orné půdě, trvalém travním porostu a nelesním pozemku s lesním porostem. Pozemky jsou oceněny výnosovou, nákladovou, porovnávací a administrativní metodou. V případě koupi pozemků, musí kupující uhradit daň z nabytí nemovitých věcí. Poslední kapitola se věnuje různým variantám výpočtu výše daně. Podle výsledků je stanoven vhodný způsob výpočtu daně. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny doporučení pro zvýšení hodnoty pozemků.Valuation is an activity, which assigns a monetary value to an object. Anyone who wants to buy, sell or donate an immovable property will deal with immovable property valuations. The aim of this thesis is to find out to what extent the subsidies affect the market value of agricultural land. The second aim is to determine the most appropriate method of valuation for agricultural land. To achieve these aims i am using methods of analysis and comparison. The analysis is done with the help of valuation methods. The methods are applied on the arable ground, permanent grassland and non-forest land with forest cover. Lands are valued for profit, costs, comparative and administrative methods. In the case of the purchase of land, the buyer must pay the tax on the acquisition of immovable property. In the last chapter are shown different variants of tax calculation. According to the result, we determine a suitable way to calculate tax. Integrated energy design: education and training in cross-disciplinary teams implementing energy performance of buildings directive (EPBD)

In Europe, energy and climate policies started to take shape from the 1990s onwards culminating with the ambitious 20-20-20 climate goals and the Low-Carbon Europe roadmap 2050. The European Commission empower the importance of achieving the objective of the recast Directive on energy performance of buildings (EPBD) that new buildings built from 2021 onwards will have to be nearly zero-energy buildings. The general belief is that the energy performance optimization of buildings requires an integrated design approach and cross-disciplinary teamwork to optimize the building's energy use and quality of indoor environment while satisfying the occupants' needs.In this context, there is a substantial need for professionals such as architects and engineers specifically trained and educated in integrated design approach and trained to work in cross-disciplinary teams. To be able to push forward the development, it is essential that educational institutions foster professionals with such knowledge, skills and competences. An initiative toward this direction is the EU-project of IDES-EDU: "Master and Post-Graduate education and training in multi-disciplinary teams".The paper describes the necessity of more integrated and cross-disciplinary approaches to building design through state-of-the-art of the building sector and educational initiatives in the participating countries in the project, and through theory of design processes. The paper also communicates the results of newly developed cross-disciplinary education established by fifteen different educational institutions in Europe. Finally, the paper explains and discusses the challenges encountered during development and implementation of the education across different professions and countries. (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd. Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem individualizace v předškolním vzdělávání. V teoretické části je rozebrán pojem jako takový, podmínky vyplývající z RVP PV, možnosti a důležitost individualizace, její pojetí v alternativních směrech a v neposlední řadě na základní potřeby a vývojová specifika dítěte předškolního věku. Praktická část je zaměřena na podmínky vybraných mateřských škol vzhledem k individualizaci, a především na chápání a vnímání tohoto pojmu pedagogy.ObhájenoThe bachelor thesis deals with the concept of individualization in preschool education.
